Refund policy

1. No Returns/Refunds:
All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
2. Exchange Only for Damaged Products:
We offer an exchange only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
An opening/unboxing video of the package is compulsory to claim an exchange. The video must be:
• Taken from the moment the sealed package is opened.
• Clearly showing the damaged item and packaging.
4. Photo Evidence:
Clear pictures of the damaged product and outer packaging must also be sent.
5. Timeline for Reporting:
All evidence (video + photos) must be sent to our official WhatsApp number within 24 hours of delivery.
6. No Claims After 24 Hours:
Unfortunately, claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
7. Packaging Responsibility:
In case of exchange approval, the customer must ensure the product is repacked securely and sent by the client .
8. Product Eligibility:
Only unused, undamaged products (apart from the reported defect) are eligible for exchange.
9. Non-exchangeable Items:
Customised, personalised, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
10. Final Decision:
The decision to approve an exchange lies solely with INAAYAT🌸 based on the evidence provided.
